And yes, the English Wikipedia does take into account global contributions. If someone requests administrative permissions there, and they’re blocked on a project, it’s likely that will become a central issue of their RfA, if not the end of it. If there are abusive pages on those projects, please tag them with <nowiki>{{delete}}</nowiki> and a global sysop will get to them. Could you also elaborate on “copy right pages”? I oppose your request, though I will not make my vote here as it is the incorrect venue. Further, the last sentence in your response is completely inappropriate. Not being an editor on a project doesn’t mean they don’t or can’t care about it; I, for one, care about all Wikimedia projects. Nor does it diminish the value of their opinion.
