સંબલપુર

સંબલપુરpronunciation  (Oriya: ସମ୍ବଲପୁର ) ભારત દેશમાં આવેલા ઓરિસ્સા રાજ્યમાં આવેલું મહત્વનું નગર છે. સંબલપુર સંબલપુર જિલ્લાનું મુખ્ય મથક છે. સંબલપુરની વસ્તી આશરે ૧,૮૩,૩૮૩ છે. તેના બે મુખ્ય ભાગ છે, હિરાકુડ અને બુર્લા. અહિં ઘણી ઐતિહાસીક ઇમારતો અને બાગો આવેલા છે. હિરાકુડ ડેમ એ દુનિયાનો મોટામાં મોટો ડેમ અને અને એશિયાનું સૌથી મોટું કૃત્રિમ સરોવર છે.
