Literature of any language is not only one's property and on wikipedia it is for public knowledge. so its right and request not to remove it.

Literature of any kind, including information, is indeed property of its creator. Copyright is just made for protecting literature being used without its original author's permission. On wikipedia, infringement of anybody's copyright is strongly discouraged.
