ગણધર: આવૃત્તિઓ વચ્ચેનો તફાવત

ભગવાન મહાવીરે તરત જ એમને પૂછ્યું, 'ગૌતમ, આત્માના સ્વતંતર અસ્તિત્વ વિષેની શંકા હજી પણ તારા મસ્તિષ્કને હેરાન કરે છે કેમ?' આ શબ્દો સાંભળી ઈંદ્રભૂતિ તો એકદમ આશ્ચર્ય માં ડૂબી ગયાં , કેમકે તેમના મનમાં તે વિષે શંકા હતી.ત્યાર બાદ ભગવાને સ્વયં વેદોના લાગતા સૂત્રનું ઉચ્ચારણ કરીને તેમને સમheસમજાવ્યું Lordકે thenતેમણે quotedશંકા theકે relevantતેમણે Sutraશંકા fromકરવાનું Vedaકોઈ itselfકારણ and explained that there was no reason to hold such a doubtનથી. Withઆ thatચોખવટ clarification,સાંભળી theઈંદ્રભૂતિના doubtમનની ofશંકાનું Indrabhutiસમાધાન was eradicatedથયું. Thereupon,ત્યાર heબાદ decidedતેમણે to accept the Lordભગવાન [[Mahaviraમહાવીર]] as hisને [[Guruગુરુ]]. Soતરીકે fallingસ્વીકાર્યાં. atતેઓ theભગવાન feet of the Lord [[Mahavira]],મહાવીરના heચરણે requestedપડી toતેમને beશિષ્ય acceptedતરીકે asસ્વીકારવા aવિનંતિ pupilકરી. The [[Mahavira]] was pleased to accede to the request and initiated him as the first pupil.
