"Water baptism is the sacrament for the remission of sins and for regeneration. The baptism takes place in natural living water, such as the river, sea, or spring. The Baptist, whom has already received baptism of water and the Holy Spirit, conducts the baptism in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. And the person receiving the baptism must be completely immersed in water with head bowed and face downward".

"The sacrament of feet washing enables one to have a part with the Lord Jesus. It also serves as a constant reminder that one should have love, holiness, humility, forgiveness and service. Every person who has received water baptism must have their feet washed in the name of Jesus Christ. Mutual feet washing is practiced whenever is appropriate".

"The Sabbath day, the seventh day of the week (Saturday), is a Holy Day, blessed and sanctified by God. It is to be observed under the Lord's grace for the commemoration of God's creation and salvation and with the hope of eternal rest in the life to come".

I have tried my best below to translate the passages, but there might eb some correction to these as well, as in gujarati there might be more than one words for the same word in english. As here, FAITH. what do you mean with faith? the branch of chrisitanity/cult/sact, etc. or the faith as a verb that the one has in chrisitianity or whatever it may be. I've translated it considering verb.. if you wanted something diffferent let me know, and I would really appreciate if I could know where these translations are being used and do you know Gujarati at all?

Good Afternoon Dhaval, The "faith" mentioned above, refers to faith as a verb that the one has in chrisitianity. It is defined as "the secure belief in God and a trusting acceptance of God's will."

The meaning of speaking in tongues is: "The ability to utter words or sounds of a language unknown to the speaker. Also called glossolalia or "gift of tongues".

Some English bible versions use the text: "speaking in unknown languages" or "speaking in languages that others don't know".

Therefore "speaking in tongues" could also be written as "speaking in unknown languages"

(When someone speaks in tongues during prayer, no one (apart from God) can understand him/her. Because it is written in the Bible: "For anyone who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God. Indeed, no one understands him; he utters mysteries with his spirit.")

The reason that I had asked you where you're using this is, if you are using it on gujarati wikipedia (and as you are) i could keep track of some words, and if there is already other parts translated by someone else (which is even the case) I can edit that part as well to match the language using same words for english from the thesaurus.

Explanation of the 2nd passage: I know this passage sounds cannibalistic. This was because Jesus once told his followers: "Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day." On hearing it, many of his disciples also had difficulty understanding it. However later Jesus clarified to them, The words I have spoken to you are spirit: and they are life (John 6:63). Therefore during the Holy Communion, Christians believe that the "unleavened bread and grape juice" spiritually becomes the "flesh and blood of Jesus" (in other words, the change is neither a physical nor symbolic one. It is a spiritual meaning).

Explanation of the 3rd passage: I will explain the meaning of the term "Latter Rain". Jesus once promised his followers that after he had ascended to heaven, He would give them the Holy Spirit. The Pentecostal group of Christianity believe that the Holy Spirit (through speaking in tongues) was poured out (like rain) only during two periods of world history: The first period (known as the "Former rain") began from the Day of Pentecost (around 36 BC) and stopped after the 3rd century AD. After that period, no one received the Holy Spirit until the 20th century. The second period is known as the "Latter rain" which began in the USA in 1900 when the Holy Spirit was once again poured out. They believed that the "latter rain" would bring the Church's work to completion, and culminate in the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, which was and is imminent.

"speaking in tongue" AND "former rain/later rain", etc. and even I must thank you for nominating me as an administrator.

well, to day I am searching something on the hindi wikipedia , I found some anti nations lines written by Mr. Vkvora2001 “ ईस मंदीर के नाश या सत्यानाश के लीये मुहम्मद गजनवी को अफघानीस्तान से आमंत्रीत करता हुं।“ all the members of wiki society are requested to stop this kind of anti India activities on the educational on line site. -- Dr. Jain ૧૬:૧૪, ૨૯ ફેબ્રુઆરી ૨૦૦૮ (UTC)

Dear Dr. Jain, I can understand your feelings and concerns about our culture and religion. Unfortunately I don't see anything like terrorist activity in the above. It is defintiely disturbing for many people, but we must even look in to the fact that where the above is posted. So far as I am aware the user has mentioned this in his own User page, where anyone and everyone is free to express their views/feelings, etc.

If you have found any such statement from any user anywhere else (in main text of article/page) please bring it to my or other Administrators' notice and we will act on it accordingly. I hope you will not feel disapointed with this, but try to take it in a positive way.

I noticed that you have not yet developed your user page, the moment you scribble in for it, you may find someone else finding it offencive. for and example, the area of Ahmedabad where I was born and brought up, I am proud of it and has always contributed to the history and culture of Ahmedabad, but due to the agitations among the Hindus and Muslims during last few years, and especially BJP being a leading party in GHujarat with Narendra Modi chief Minister and Ashok Bhatt a sitting MLA (BJP Again) for the area for quite a few years, If I write something to praise my area, someone else may be form another community or belonging to the retionalist group may dislike it, but it doesn't make my feelings and writtings terrorist act, nor his/her.

Dear Dsvyasji, well I am appreciate to your reply on the talk page, but sir how can any one write a disputed article on his/her page ? we are bounded by the wiki low’s after the great Indian Constitution as a citizen of India. We cant neglect the nations feelings as a Indian. One other thing on my talk page (I am not talking about personal page) on Hindi wikipedia he writes jains invited the muslims to destroyed the temples, it is against to jains and muslim as well, now what is the purpose to disclose suck kind of disputed historical facts on wikipedia. હું રેશનલીસ્ટ છું. ચાલો ભગવાનની વાર્તા કહું. ડોશીએ યમને મરવાની ચોખી ના કહી દીધી. કાગારોળ મચાવી. એક યુવાન સાધુ આવ્યો. કહે માજી હું સન્યાસી થઈ ભટકું છું ચાલો તમારે માટે અમરાપુરી જઈ આવું. ઢોંગ કરી આંખો મીચી અને ખોલીને કહ્યું, અ હા હા, બધા અમરાપુરીમાં તમારી રાહ જુએ છે. બાપા, તમારો નાનકો મરી ગયેલો પોતરો, અરે તમારી બકરી મરી ગઈ છે એ પણ અમરાપુરીમાં છે. ડોશીનો વલેપાત શાંત થયો. અમરાપુરીમાં જવા તૈયાર થયા. હું તમારા માટે ભલામણ ચીઠી લખતો હતો. મોકલતાં પહેલાં મને ખબર પડી કે ચર્ચા ચાલુ છે. મેં તરત જ તમને અભિનંદન આપ્યા. ચર્ચા પછી તમને મેસેજ ટાઈપ કરી મોકલવમાં છ/સાત મિનિટ નીકળી ગઈ. ચાલો વાર્તા પુરી થઈ. બે વાત

પહેલી વાતઃસૌથી પહેલા તો ખરા દિલથી આપનો આભાર. આ વખતે ૩ મહિના માટે રાઇટ્સ મળ્યા છે, ઘણા સુધારા કરવા છે, જોઇએ કેટલું કરિ શકિઇએ છીએ. તમરા સુચનોની જરૂર પડશે, તમને જ્યાં ક્યાંય પણ ફેરફારની જરૂર હોય્ ત્યાં જણાવજો, જેમકે મે જ્યારથી લખવાનું ચાલું કર્યું ત્યારથી 'Save Changes' વાળાં બટન પર 'લેખ સુરક્ષિત કરવું' લખેલું હતું, જે મને જોતાની સાથે જ અજુગતું લાગતું હતું અને તેને બદલી ને મે 'કાર્ય સુરક્ષિત કરો' કર્યું. આમ તમને પણ કંઇક અયોજ્ઞ લાગે તો મને જણાવજો.
બીજી વાતઃતમે જ્યારે તેમ કહો છો કે "હું રેશનાલીસ્ટ/રેશનલીસ્ટ છું" ત્યારે તત્યારે મને એમ થાય છે કે તમને કહું કે તમે એ વિષય ઉપર એક લખો તો કેવું? સાચું કહું તો હજુ સુધી હું સ્પષ્ટ નથી કે રેશનાલીસ્ટ નો સાચો મતલબ શું અને ભારતમાં કયા કયા સંગઠનો છે, વિગેરે. --ધવલ (Dhaval) ૧૫:૩૩, ૧૨ માર્ચ ૨૦૦૮ (UTC)

આજે ગુજરાતી લખાંણ ચાલે છે. હજી આ વીકીપીડીયા લખાંતા ભીકીપીડીયા લખાય છે. એટલે કે અંગ્રેજી વી લખતાં ભ દેખાય છે અને ડબ્લ્યુ લખતાં વ દેખાય છે. આવું મરાઠીમાં પહેલા હતું. પછી કોઈએ સુધારેલ છે. આભું ગુજરાતીમાં કરભા જેભું છે. એક લાઇન લખ્યા પછી હભે ચાલતું નથી. બીચારા હીન્દી ભીકીપીડીયાના બધા પ્રબંધકો માથે હાથ મુકી રડે છે. શું મારા પર માછાલા ધોયા છે. ઉપર વાંચી શકાય છે. આ હીસાબે હીન્દી ફાસ્ટ ચાલે છે. વલ્લભજીભાઇ, મને લાગે છે કે કદાચ આજે વ અને ભ નો નિકાલ આવિ જશે, પરંતુ, તમે લખ્યું છે કે સહી કરતી વખતે તમારે ઉપરથિઇ ટીક માર્ક કાઢી નાંખવી પડે છે, એ ન કરવું પડે તે માટે નો સર્વ શ્રેષ્ઠ ઉપાય છે સહી કરવા માટે ~~ ની નીશાનીઓ કી બૉર્ડ પરથી ના વાપરતાં ઉપરનં આઇકોન્સમાંથી સહી માટેનું આઇકોન (જમણેથી ૧૦મું આડી લીટી પહેલાનું) વાપરવાથી, આપોઆપ આપની સહી અને સમય સંદેશાની સાથે ઉમેરાઇ જશે.--ધવલ (Dhaval) ૦૯:૪૭, ૨૭ માર્ચ ૨૦૦૮ (UTC)

localising in Betawiki

Hoi, You asked for a reply on your userpage. When you localise, there are two types of localisation. There is the localisation for your language, this should be done at Betawiki. The reason for this is that ALL MediaWiki wikis benefit from this incuding Commons. When you localise here at the Gujaratie Wikipedia nobody will benefit from all the work. A second type of localisation is done to change the messages and to explain about the policies of this specific wiki. This is something that MUST be done on the project itself. મીત્ર, નીચે અંગ્રેજીમાં એક લીન્ક આપેલ છે. સુરતના ઉત્તમ ભાઇ ગજ્જર પાસે ૫/૭ હજાર ગુજરાતીઓના ઇમેઇલ છે. એમાંથી થોડાક લંડન, આફ્રીકા અને અમેરીકા ને છે. જેમને ગુજરાતી આવડે છે અને કોઇ પણ હીસાબે ભુલવી નથી. વીકીપીડીયા ઉપર રવીવારની ઇમેહફીલ વીશે ટુંક નોંધ લખી પછી ઉત્તમભાઇ ગુજ્જરને જણાવવું કે તમારા મીત્રોને જણાવો. એવીજ રીતે લેક્ષીકોન વાળા ચંદરીયા સાહેબ છે એમને જણાવવું કે લેક્ષીકોન થી જોડણી ભુલો સુધારવી છે કેવી રીતે મદદ થૈ શકશે? શરીરે નીરોગી રહેવું. બે લીટી પછી મારું મસીન ચાલતું નથી. કોઇ ભુવા ડાકલીયા ને બતાવવું પડશે.

પ્રિય વલ્લવજી વાઇ, તમારી સમસ્યાઓનો અંત આવી ગયો છે. તમે નોંધ્યું હશે કે મારી હંમેશની આદત મૂજબ મે તમારૂં નામ લખવા માટે vનો ઉપયોગ કર્યો, પણ કેમકે હવે vની જગ્યાએ વ આવી ગયો છે, તમારૂ નામ ખોટું લખાઇ ગયું છે. આ સંદેશો લખતા લખતા મને મારી રહી ગયેલી બીજી એક ભુલની ખબર પડી જે બિજા કોએને નડે એ પહેલા હું હમણા જ સુધારી દઉં છું. અને હા તમારે હવે સહી કરવા માટે પણ ઉપરની ટીક દૂર કરવાની જરૂર નહિ પડે તમે ~ નીશાની પણ્આ હવે ટાઇપ કરી શકશો, હું નીચે સહી તેનાથી જ કરવાનો છું.

વભ મીત્ર

વી નું વ કરવા માટે તમારૂં Internet Browser ચાલુ કર્યા પછી, Ctrl+F5 બન્ને કિ સાથે દબાવશો તો જુની કૅચ દૂર થૈ જશે અને પછીથી વી ટાઇપ કરવાથી વ જ લખાશે. મને પણ ઘણા વખતથી થતું હતું કે ચંદરિયાભાઇ સાથે દોસ્તિ કરિએ, પણ મેળ પડ્યો નથી. તબિયત સારી હશે...--ધવલ (Dhaval) ૧૮:૦૮, ૨૮ માર્ચ ૨૦૦૮ (UTC)
