ફેરફાર કરોઆ ઢાંચો લેખની શરૂઆતમાં ઉપરના ભાગે જમણી બાજુના ખૂણામાં એક નાનો પ્લસ () ઉમેરે છે, જે એમ દર્શાવે છે કે આ વિકિપીડિયા પરનો સરસ લેખ છે. અને સાથે સાથે તે શ્રેણી:સરસ લેખોમાં પણ આ લેખોને ઉમેરે છે.
ઢાંચો લેખમાં છેક અંતે (defaultsort, શ્રેણીઓ, આંતરવિકિ કડીઓ, વગેરેના પહેલા) ઉમેરવાનો હોય છે.
