This page is under cascade protection. It is used in પરિયોજના: વિકિપીડિયા એશિયન મહિનો ૨૦૧૫ u can remove this cascading protection from the page i mentioned and it will be editable by other users. I dont know y the protecting admin added a cascade protection instead of normal protection. You can remove it by going it to the protection special page.
