I haven't created the main page and not too familiar how to do that. I don't know who is admin for it.
- Not sure but User:Spundun seems to be a Admin.
- You can look at different wikipedias for design ideas of main page. But that is major task and will need more time. In the meanwhile you might want to look at Special:Allmessage. This is where interface words can be changed. Again you need to be admin to do that. So, you can suggest gujrati words at talk page of the messages. Admin can put your suggestions at place later.
- BTW I liked your writing at ભારતના ભાગલા. It would be really nice if you could add categories and put interwikis too. Well let me put this time at that page. So, you will know how to do it. --Mitul0520 ૧૮:૨૯, ૨૧ February ૨૦૦૭ (UTC)
Thanks for your suggestions. This is what I did for India partition. I used [X-Literate] tool at http://www.bhomiyo.com and opened up the http://hi.wikipedia.org/wiki - converted the Hindi Partition page to Gujarati and then updated grammar to make it Gujarati. This way I don't have to type too much. I hope it may help you if you ever wanted to create any page.

Hi Piyush. Thank you for uploading images to gujarati wikipedia. However please be advised that we cannot keep non-free images on wikipedia uless they qualify as fairuse images. Please sign your messages using four tildas like this: ~~~~. I have been busy with work a littl ebit last few days. I will do this soon. In the mean time please keep making those articles better if you feel like. I think the article of the day articles are going to need some work. E.g. Article on the cities are very small. I worked on ગુજરાત a bit and its in a much better shape than other articles. But ભારત અમદાવાદ વડોદરા સુરત are all too short still. We need to get some content from the corresponding articles on english wikipedia. Of course we don't need to translate them word to word, but take important bits and organise them as an encyclopedia essay similar to ગુજરાત. Hi Piyush.
- Thanks for your response, you should try to login everytime you contribute, there is even a checkbox to remember your login from the same computer if you are using the same computer to contribute everytime. The reason I say this is that, this way you will be credited for all your contributions to the wikipedia, and other users will be able to see that.
- The idea of naming images in gujarati is an interesting one, and I would like to give that a shot. Although, I hope that you do realize that most of the images we use are from commons and on commons the images that are already uploaded will probably have names in english, so we will have to use the english name for those. For new images that we might upload on commons, we should be able to use gujarati name, but I am not sure. Hopefully yes. All the images we upload here on the gujarati wikipedia (there shouldn't be many because we should try to use as few unfree images as possible, and all the free images should be uploaded to commons instead).
- All the images that you have uploaded so far, did you find them all online on different websites? Or are there any images that you took yourself? Because if you took any of them yourself and if they are nice images to use on wikipedia, then we should use them, provided you are willing to release them on a free license. And all those images should go on comons, since thats our repository for free images. Please let me know asap if any of the images you uploaded here are taken by yourself.
